[LANGUAGE] What languages will this be available in?

Currently this Kickstarter will only be fulfilled in english. There are no plans to release the game in other languages at this time.

[SHIPPING] What if I need signature authorization?

If signature authorization is required it will be an additional charge. You will be able to select it through the pledge manager.

[SHIPPING] What locations does this campaign fulfill to?

As mentioned in the campaign, due to current market uncertainty we will only be fulfilling this campaign in North America at this time.

[REFUND POLICY] What is your refund policy?

Prior to the Pledge Manager being locked, and at our discretion, we will only be able to grant refunds minus Kickstarter and payment processing fees. (We are not able to recover these fees 14 days after the Kickstarter campaign ended). Once shipping begins, no refunds will be issued.

All refunds will be processed via PayPal or reversed via Stripe to your credit card at our discretion. You can also request a 3WS web store credit.

This project is being funded in USD. Any refunds processed will be in USD. Any applicable fees, depending on the time of the refund, will be excluded.

[PLAYER COUNT] Will there be a single player variant?

There are currently no plans to offer a single player variant.

[SHIPPING] Are there countries or places that you do not fulfill to?

Unfortunately, due to different import laws and customs it has made it impossible for us to ship to certain countries:

WE DO NOT SHIP TO: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Venezuela, PO boxes domestically, or PO boxes internationally.

[REFUNDS] Can I get a refund on my game after the campaign is over?

After the campaign is over you can request an official refund by emailing us at [email protected]. Refunds will be accepted on a case by case basis prior to the end of pledge management shipping requests. During this time, at our discretion, we will issue a refund via PayPal to you minus all Kickstarter and pledge management fees that have been accrued.

[TARIFFS] What are you doing about tariffs for US backers?

We will not be profiting from tariffs. The exact amount of any tariff charged at the time of import, with no additional mark-up applied, will be calculated in the pledge manager when shipping is charged. Backers will have the opportunity to proceed or get a refund of their pledge, minus various platform and pledge management fees.

[Create-A-Critter] How does the Create-A-Creator tier work?

After the campaign ends we will reach out to each of the backers of this tier and begin the process of creating their critter. Working together with each backer we will identify a critter (could be woodland, could be deep sea, the choice is yours), as well as a persona, an outfit etc. We will go back and forth with the artist to nail down the look (there will be a maximum of 3 iterations during the sketch and coloring process).

After complete we will develop a custom standee, token, and a golden ribbon for each character, which will be mailed with your pledge.

All Create-A-Critter critters may be used by 3WS games in future expansion material of any kind, and will be copyright and TM to 3WS Games.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
