We have some genuinely awesome news to share.

Fulfillment Complete

We did it. Every single order where a pledge was completed has now been fulfilled. Seeing that dashboard finally reach the finish line was a huge moment for our team. We have also received great news from some of our neighbors to the north that previously delayed packages have made it safely to their homes.

If you were part of the initial wave of backers who received only the game without a plush and you still have not received your copy, please send us a direct message and we will look into it right away.

Bianca Blanco Has Settled In

It has absolutely warmed our hearts to see photos of kids hugging their very own Bianca Blanco plushes. Knowing that Bianca is being loved, displayed, and carried around homes everywhere is more than we ever hoped for. If you have photos you would like to share, we would love to see where Bianca has made herself comfortable in your home.

Canvas Critters At The Table

We are also seeing more and more photos of Canvas Critters being played with family and friends. Watching people gather around the table, create mosaics, and enjoy the game together has been incredibly special. Our team put a tremendous amount of care and energy into bringing this game to life, and seeing it played has been the greatest reward.

Pledge Manager Reminder

If you have not yet completed your pledge, there is still time. The pledge manager will be closing at the end of next month, so please be sure to fill it out so we can fully wrap things up and make sure nothing is left behind.

A Post Holiday Check In From the Burrow

Hello Critter Crew,

First things first, after reviewing our fulfillment dashboard, every order that has shipped has now been marked as delivered by the post office. This was our first time fulfilling a campaign without using a third-party service, and we are relieved and grateful that things have gone as smoothly as they have so far.

A Christmas Morning Surprise

One of the first messages I received on Christmas morning was from a backer who had picked up a copy of Canvas Critters to play with their kids, along with a photo of the game sitting under their tree. That message alone made an already meaningful day even better and served as a powerful reminder of why we do this. Moments like that make all the late nights, hard decisions, and nervous waits worth it.

As I am writing this update, we have also started receiving photos from other backers showing off their first mosaics and early plays. Seeing the game come alive on your tables has been incredibly moving for our team.

A Huge Thank You

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you from everyone at 3WS Games for supporting Canvas Critters. This has been a difficult year to be a small business, and your support, patience, and understanding carried us through every challenge along the way. You have been kind, responsive, and generous, and we truly could not have asked for a better group of backers. At this point, only a small handful of pledges remain incomplete, which speaks volumes about this community.

Bianca Blanco Has Arrived

We are very happy to share that Bianca Blanco arrived shortly after Christmas. Being able to finally hold her in person was a huge moment for us, and we genuinely believe everyone who backed her is going to be thrilled. Kenny, also known as Sauron, and the rest of the team are now hard at work getting the remaining plush and game packages out the door as quickly as possible.

Pledges Have Left the Coop

Hello Critter Crew,

We are thrilled to share some very big news.

Pledges Have Left the Coop

Ninety percent of all pledges have officially shipped and are on their way to backers. You should have received an order confirmation email along with USPS tracking information sent from a th3rdworld.com email address.

Kenny, Bianca, and the rest of the team worked late into the night to get as many copies out the door as possible in time for the holidays. According to current tracking, most U.S. backers should see their copies arrive by the weekend, though minor delays are always possible this time of year.

Damaged or Missing Packages

Please keep a close eye on your tracking information and confirm delivery once your package arrives. If you receive a notification that your package has been delivered but it is missing, or if your copy arrives with significant damage, please contact us immediately.

There is a limited window in which we can file shipping claims. If that window passes, we may not be able to resolve the issue, so timely communication is very important.

Bianca Blanco Plush Update

While we have done everything possible to get pledges into your hands before the holidays, the Bianca Blanco plushes have still not arrived. All affected packages are packed and ready to go and are simply waiting for Bianca to join them before shipping.

As soon as the plushes arrive, we will move quickly and keep you updated.

Hello Critter Crew,

We are back with a follow up after returning from a successful PAX Unplugged. The team has recovered and we wanted to share the latest news as we move into the final stretch of fulfillment.

PAX Unplugged Recap

PAX Unplugged was a fantastic experience for the whole team. It was great getting the chance to meet so many of you in person and to put copies of Canvas Critters directly into your hands. Your support and enthusiasm throughout the weekend meant a great deal to us. To see the instant expression on people's faces when they saw the oversized Bertram Standee and ALL THE MEEPLES was awesome.

Onto Fulfillment

We are now preparing for the next stage. Orders will be locked later today. After that, cards will be charged, followed shortly by final address confirmations.

Our goal remains to deliver Canvas Critters in time for the holiday season, and we are still on pace to meet that target, so please confirm your addresses ASAP!

Bianca Blanco Plushes

The Bianca Blanco plushes have not arrived yet, but they are on the way. As soon as they reach us, we will post an update along with additional photos so you can see how they turned out.

Print and Play Backers

All pledge levels that included the print and play version, whether as the main pledge or as part of another tier, will receive the full set of production files. This will also include the STLs to print your own meeples. These files will be delivered late next week through a Dropbox link. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

International Shipping Questions

For the handful of backers located outside the campaign's original shipping zones, we have not forgotten about you. We are working to find competitive shipping options that match your pledge levels. If you have not heard back yet, please feel free to send another direct message and we will continue assisting you.

Next Steps

We expect to have another update ready next week with more detailed information on shipping progress. In the meantime, please complete your BackerKit surveys and finalize your pledges as soon as possible. This helps ensure a smooth and timely fulfillment process for everyone.

Canvas Critters Shipping Update and PAX Unplugged Information

Hello Critter Crew,

We are back with another important update as Canvas Critters continues its journey toward your tables.

BackerKit Surveys

Surveys went out early last week and we just crossed 70% completion. Thank you to everyone who has finished theirs. If you have not yet completed your survey, please do so as soon as possible (even if you didn’t order a physical product). This helps us finalize shipping plans and keeps the fulfillment timeline on track. We will begin locking down surveys next week in preparation for shipping.

Special thanks to all of you who have contributed to the Tariff Relief Jar, it means a lot and is very much appreciated!

Bianca Blanco Plushes

Bianca decided to remain tucked away in her burrow a little longer than expected, but the plushes are now on a ship and headed our way. Once they arrive, we will process them quickly so they can be included in shipments for backers who selected one.

Games On The Way

The shipment of Canvas Critters games is on the way to our fulfillment warehouse. As soon as the warehouse receives and processes the inventory, we will begin sending out the first wave of packages.

The first wave will be for backers who selected only the game with no additional items. If you are in this group, your copy will be among the first to ship.

As a reminder, if you would like signature confirmation for your shipment, there is an optional add-on available in the add-ons section of your survey.

Shipping Questions

A few backers have asked about the five-thousand-dollar shipping amount that appears for some regions. This amount appears only for locations that were not part of the campaign's supported shipping zones. If you enter your address and the system shows the five-thousand- dollar charge, you can message us directly and we will set up a shipping profile for your region.

Another option is to use a freight forwarder. Below are several services that can receive the game on your behalf and forward it to you. None of these services are affiliated or endorsed by 3WS Games, however we have heard good things

PAX Unplugged

We will be at PAX Unplugged this weekend with a very limited number of advance copies available for sale and pickup. If you are attending and would like to purchase or pick up your copy at the show, stop by the booth and ask for Kenny, a.k.a. “Sauron”, the one with the stellar beard, and we will take care of you while supplies last. Just show your backer details and we will mark you as fulfilled. (Reminder: Bianca plushes will NOT be there)

Bertram the Frog and Paul the Deer will both be in attendance.

In addition, we will be running demos throughout the weekend featuring several upcoming games from some remarkable designers. If you are attending PAX Unplugged, feel free to stop by the booth to play and chat with us anytime.
